I am so excited to tell you about the new construction going on here in our center.  I noticed one of the freestanding buildings  going up in front of Whole Foods, on the Hwy 59 side, so I looked up the updated plans on the developers site, which you can find at http://www.pcdltd.com/, check it out. In the meantime here is one of the drawings, which shows Post Oak Grill, Yummy!  I was also told that Azuma Sushi, Mission Burrito and Five Guys hamburgers were also included in the new phase, I hope that’s still the case we will see! Sugar Land, will be getting a lot of great restaurants in the near future and Emmanuel Salon will be getting more foot traffic,  get your hair cut than eat a steak, what a perfect combo.
